Central Location, Awesome Room!
convenient location nice view
The location near the train station was convenient. I also appreciated that my top-floor room offered a really nice view! The room was very class, and beds are comfy. It is located right round the corner from the Damrak!
I was surprised to see no toiletries in the room. There were also no cups or water provided as standard. I also didn't find an iron or hair dryer. Only towels were available!

The hotel has easy access to historic canals, buildings, metro and boats! Central Station is very close. The location is fairly quiet, despite proximity to the busy red light area.

The room has good temperature control. My room was newly decorated and spacious. It was very quiet and also clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful.

There is a coffee shop downstairs! It was even better. There are loads of restaurants around. I found so much to do and see from that location!

Staff were very helpful. They provided flexibility with check-in and check-out times! The reception was excellent. Staff were also very cute and friendly.

the staff were really helpful. the location of the hotel IS good.
the room was quite cold. i found it difficult TO regulate the thermostat. the heating system needs maintenance.

the location was great. it was easy to get around to most places.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I had to open the windows to air it out. it was not pleasant arriving to that smell.
